The world has changed, but the art has stayed much the same: Gibson still gets their clear, rich sound from carefully chosen tonewoods, fit each dovetail neck joint by hand, and craft their guitars to improve with age.
Introduced in 1960 as Gibson’s first square-shoulder, the Hummingbird™ arrived at the dawn of a new era in music and was rapidly embraced by the prime movers on the scene.
