This 14-fret Dreadnought model is handcrafted with a satin-finished solid mahogany body, delivering a warm and woody tone. The Sitka spruce Golden Era (GE) top bracing, as featured on the Modern Deluxe Series, offers a more vintage, breathy tone, while an ebony GE modern belly bridge with smoother corners enhances comfort and resonance. Playability is a priority with the D-17, featuring a satin-finished select hardwood neck, GE modified low oval profile that’s optimized for vintage appeal, and thinner ebony fingerboard with a gently beveled edge. The refined string spacing is ideal for players who want a comfortable, effortless feel. Vintage-inspired details such as a sleeker heel and nickel open gear tuners give the guitar a timeless, elegant look.
